All you have to do is say, “Ma, ma, ma… MA! Ma! Ma.” So 1 being the lowest, 3 being highest, the pitch is:

1, 1, 1… 3! 2! 1.

That doesnt exactly make sense it isnt exactly do ing much for you voice if you try a good warm up it would be : mimimimi maa then again an octave lower mimimimi maaa but when you say maa its always higher then what note your singing in .
